Meet Our Leadership Team


Hannah Greenberg | CEO

As the CEO of Eleven, Hannah is responsible for running all facets of the business. She has a proven executive management track record of leading multi-disciplinary teams and strategy development. She has extensive experience in the hospitality, travel, extended stay, multifamily, and entertainment industries. Prior to joining Eleven, Hannah was Vice President of Development at Seaview Investors, where she oversaw the private equity firm’s hotel development efforts including underwriting, acquisition due-diligence, budgeting, construction, branding, sourcing new investment opportunities, and dispositions. Hannah previously held positions at PwC in the real estate consulting practice and led large scale hospitality and strategy engagements. Hannah received her MBA from the Haas School of Business at University of California, Berkeley, and bachelor’s degree from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration.


Alex Lopez | President

Alex, along with Hannah, oversees operations, business development, and strategy for Eleven. He began his professional career at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the Corporate and Commercial Gaming Group. He worked in debt capital markets, syndications, and credit. Alex then joined U.S. Bank where he had the opportunity to oversee the Corporate and Commercial portfolio for Southern Nevada. Prior to joining Eleven, Alex served in the U.S. Marine Corps for five years. During that time, he deployed to more than 10 countries on three different continents and trained over 100 Marines as a black-belt martial arts instructor. Alex received his MBA from the Haas School of Business at University of California, Berkeley and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.


Eric Sullender | VP, Product

Eric is responsible for the design and delivery of Eleven’s solutions. Eric joined Eleven as a software developer and the first employee over 11 years ago. He has filled many roles during Eleven’s growth, but has maintained a core focus on building great products using innovative technology. Prior to joining Eleven, Eric was responsible for designing and developing a SaaS web application to provide nationwide commercial and residential real estate data at a small start-up in New York City. Eric began his career as a consultant with Arthur Andersen’s Advanced Technology Group advising small start-ups and large corporations on their Internet technology strategy. Eric holds a BS in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from Cornell University’s College of Engineering.


Lee Harding | VP, Engineering

As the VP of Engineering, Lee brings his 20+ years of technical expertise to lead our software strategy through innovation and teamwork. With passion for creating real value through software, Lee drives our customer-centric development approach. Before joining Eleven's team, Lee was the CTO at Zapproved, where he helped create a company-wide culture of security based on strong principles, empowerment and continuous improvement. Lee holds a BSME in Mechanical Engineering from Oregon State University, as well as an MSME from Portland State University.

Rich Rudolph

Rich Rudolph | VP, Global Sales

Rich brings over two decades of experience building and leading sales for diverse tech companies ranging in size and complexity from early stage pre-revenue start-ups to mature publicly traded corporations. Prior to Eleven, Rich held global head of sales roles at UK-based iJento, Sage Software (CRE), Attensa, Keynote Systems and WebTrends. Rich also provides coaching and consulting to mostly early stage tech SaaS companies on how to deploy a data-driven systematic sales process. Early in his career, Rich and his family relocated to the UK with Intersolv (Microfocus today) where he oversaw deployment of a global channel sales model in their international subsidiary. Rich has a BS in Economics from Oregon State University.


Susan Liles | VP, Finance & Operations

Susan oversees the financial operations of Eleven. She has over 23 years of diverse financial management experience with leadership roles in both public and private companies. Prior to joining Eleven, Susan served as Corporate Treasurer of TriQuint Semiconductor, Inc. and Treasury Manager for Tektronix. Susan holds a BA in international business and finance from Oregon State University and an MBA from Portland State University.

Lisa Hopkins

Lisa Hopkins | Director, Marketing

Lisa heads up the marketing organization at Eleven. She has over 10 years of marketing experience in the B2B software industry with special focus in marketing communications. With a passion for making technical ideas more accessible to everyone, Lisa directs our market-driven approach to growth. Prior to Eleven, Lisa was the marketing manager at SBI Software, a Portland-based company that provides fully integrated enterprise systems for big retail suppliers and wholesale growers. Lisa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business with options in international business and marketing from Oregon State University.


Sarah Stephenson | Director, HR

Sarah is the head of Eleven’s Human Resources organization. She brings over a decade of experience from a variety of different industries including; event production, semiconductor, embedded systems design, and education. As the Director of Human Resources, Sarah offers her expertise in leading our employee strategy through collaboration. With a passion for employee engagement, Sarah drives our employee-centric approach through everyday business decisions alongside programs driven by employee input and supported by the Eleven leadership team. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Portland State University as well as a PHR & SHRM-CP certification through the Society of Human Resources Management.


Shawn McCaughan | Director, Customer Success & Information Security

With nearly 20 years of experience in support and operations roles, Shawn leads the charge towards inspired service and customer satisfaction at Eleven. Prior to Eleven, Shawn served as VP of Support, IT Operations and Development at Dotster and Senior Director of Support and Hosted Operations at WebTrends. At KC Distance Learning and K12, he built the contact center from the ground up. He is known for being a leader of change, understanding and managing risk, and turning disorganized processes into world-class systems. Shawn holds a BA in Computer Science from Harding University.


Peri Pierone | Advisor

Peri came to Eleven with extensive background in public and private software companies. Prior to joining Eleven, Peri was President & CEO of Axiom EPM an Enterprise Software company that was recognized for excellent growth and customer satisfaction ratings garnering a #1 ranking several years running by industry analysts. He has held numerous management positions in the enterprise software domain over the last twenty-five years with companies like SAP, Business Objects, SRC Software and IPS Sendero (FISERV). Most recently Peri was the founding Principal at Abercrombie Paine, an organization that performs M&A advisory work in conjunction with the Corum Group, one of the world’s leading M&A firms. Peri received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from University of Washington and later received his MBA from Keller Graduate School.
